ARTICLE 15
SURRENDER BY CONSENT
(1)
If the person sought consents to return to the
jurisdiction of the requesting Party after personally
being advised by a competent judicial authority of the
effect of such consent under the law of the requested
Party, the requested Party may surrender him without
formal surrender proceedings.
(2)
The surrender of a person pursuant to this
Article shall be subject to Article 17.
