I suggest adding a new draft paragraph 9(d) which would read:

Legislation to be enacted by HK which would give protection to UK and other investors. Parallel legislation would not be needed in the UK'.

13. Draft paragraph 13. In the bracket with reciprocal enforcement of judgments I suggest adding 'Mutual Legal Assistance'.

14. Draft paragraph 13. Finally, I suggest adding a new tiret which would read:

'Hong Kong legislation for protection of foreign investment'.
