LOCALISATION OF LAWS

Since my arrival on this desk, I have not noticed much progress on localisation of laws. What stage of the procedure are we at now? Are we waiting for Legal Department to produce a new set of papers for us? If so, when do you expect them to be in a form ready for handing to the Chinese?
