The three Chinese Representatives to the Sino-British Land Commission are authorised by the Chinese Government to be the Trustees of the Land Fund to receive, hold and manage in trust for the future Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government its share of the land premium income.
The powers and duties of the Trustees also include:-
to appoint an Investment Committee
to appoint a Chief Executive in consultation with the Investment Committee
to appoint fund managers
Committee
selected by the Investment
to exercise other powers conferred by the Declaration of Trust of the Land Fund
Currently, the Trustees of Land Fund are:·
