ARTICLE 4
Holders of requisite travel documents shall be permitted to visit X without a visa for a period not exceeding [.......... ] days, excluding the date of landing.

ARTICLE 7
The Government of X may refuse permission to enter and stay in X to holders of requisite travel documents considered by that Government to be undesirable. ARTICLE 8
Each Government shall readmit at the request of the other and without formality, in the case of Hong Kong, any holder of a requisite travel document, and in the case of X, any X passport holder [and ...
] who does not fulfil or no longer fulfils the conditions of entry or stay applied by the requesting Government, provided that it is established that that person is entitled to hold the passport concerned.
ARTICLE 9
Either Government may with the exception of Article 8 temporarily suspend the foregoing provisions in whole or in part for reasons of public order. Such suspension shall be notified immediately to the other Government and take effect upon receipt.
