HONG KONG/SRI LANKA ASA: SPECIFIC AUTHORISATION

1. I attach a copy of Hong Kong telno 2386. I have drafted an authorisation for Hong Kong to sign this ASA (attached), based very closely on the authorisation produced for the Brazil ASA. I should grateful for any views you might have on this. I understand that DOT will be producing the first version of the Memoranda removing Hong Kong from the UK/Sri Lanka ASA.
