ARTICLE 16

Amendments

In case one of

the Parties finds

it necessary

to

make

amendments to the Agreement or the Annex, a consultation concerning the proposed amendments may be required between the

aeronantical authorities of the Parties.

Consultation have to be held within 60 days after the receipt of the request, unless aeronantical authorities of the Parties agree to extend this period.

Amendments to the Agreement shall come into force when confirmed by an exchange of diplomatic notes.
