ARTICLE 14
Consultations
(1) In the spirit of close cooperation, the aeronautical authorities of the Parties shall consult each other from time to time with a view to ensuring the implementation of and compliance with, the provisions of this Agreement.

(2) Either Party may at any time request consultations on the interpretation, application, amendment or any dispute relative this Agreement. Such consultation may be either oral or in writing and shall begin within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the request, unless the aeronautical authorities of the agree to an extension of this period.
