Simplified Control
case of transit through the territory of the other Party, luggage of passangers and cargo have to be submitted to a simplified control. unless they leave the territory ot the airport, desginated for this purpose.
It is not allowed to impose Customs Duties and other charges on luggage or cargo transported in transit.
