REGISTRATION OF THE HONG KONG/NEW ZEALAND AND
HONG KONG/MALAYSIA AIR SERVICES AGREEMENTS AT THE UN
1. Hong Kong has recently concluded 2 separated ASAS with New Zealand and Malyasia, and we have undertaken to register them on Hong Kong's behalf at the UN.
2.
I enclose accordingly 3 copies of each ASA (one certified, 2 uncertified) together with covering letters to the Secretary-General. These are modelled on the precedent of the Hong Kong/Netherlands ASA which was registered in 1988, and have been cleared with our legal advisers. I should be grateful if you would make the necessary
arrangements, and let me know when the registration has been completed.
