Martin Glass has copied to me your letter of 3 April on this subject. These two agreements were registered by the UN on 29 April 1991 but the UN only informed us of this in a third person note of 8 November 1991, which promised that certificates of registration would be issued as soon as possible. According to our records this has still not happened (grateful if Mr Wood could confirm this).

2. The mills of the UN seem to grind somewhat slowly even by HKD standards!
