Consultation

One Contracting Party may at any time request consulta- tions on the implementation, interpretation, applica-

tion or amendment of this Agreement. Such consulta-

tions, which may -if so agreed- be between the aero-

nautical authorities of the Contracting Parties, shall

begin within 90 days from the date the other Contract- ing Party receives such request in writing, unless otherwise agreed by the Contracting Parties.
