Approval of Schedules

(1) The schedules of the designated airlines of each

Contracting Party shall be submitted for approval to

the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting

Party.

(2) The schedules shall be communicated at least 30

days before the beginning of the operations and shall include in particular the timetables, frequency of

services and types and configuration of aircraft to be

operated.

(3) Any subsequent modification in an operational programme of the designated airlines of one Contracting

Party shall be submitted for approval to the aeronauti- cal authorities of the other Contracting Party.
