The Aviation and Maritime Department of the Foreign and Commonweal Office present their compliments to the Embassy of Sweden and have the honour to refer to the Embassy's Note No 38 dated 11 May 1990.
The Hong Kong Government is authorised by the United Kingdom Government to enter into negotiations concerning Air Services Agreements with the Governments of Denmark, Norway and Sweden respectively. On the successful negotiation of an ASA text, the United Kingdom Government will issue the Hong Kong Government formal entrustment to sign it.

The Aviation and Maritime Department avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of Sweden the assurance of the highest consideration.
