According to most manufacturing
most manufacturing establishments which have long history of doing OP, Chinese workers have gained considerable improvement in labour productivity as compared with the early stage. The workers have become more competent through training. The quality of the finished products has also reached a standard which is becoming recognized and accepted
and accepted by many markets. Moreover, some consider
that there was higher flexibility in operating processing plants in China; for instance,
for instance, workers in China are more willing to work over-time and the labour legislation there is less restrictive than that in Hong Kong. Such flexibility has helped shortening the
delivery time of their goods.
