5. The Member, Members or inter- national authority concerned may, at any time at which this Convention is subject to denunciation in accordance with the provisions of Article 16, communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office a declaration modifying in any other respect the terms of any former declaration and stating the present position in respect of the application of the Con- vention.

PART IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 14

The formal ratifications of this Con- vention shall be communicated to the Director-General of the International Labour Office for registration,

Article 15

1. This Convention shall be binding only upon those Members of the Inter- national Labour Organisation whose ratifi- cations have been registered with the Director-General.

2. It shall come into force twelve months after the date on which the ratifi- cations of two Members have been registered with the Director-General.

3. Thereafter, this Convention shall come into force for any Member twelve months after the date on which its ratifica- tion has been registered.

Article 16

1. A Member which has ratified this Convention may denounce it after the expiration of ten years from the date on which the Convention first comes into force, by an act communicated to the Director-General of the International Such Labour Office for registration. denunciation shall not take effect until one year after the date on which it is registered.

2. Each Member which has ratified this Convention and which does not, within the year following the expiration of the period of ten years mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exercise the right of denuncia- tion provided for in this Article, will be bound for another period of ten years and, thereafter, may denounce this Convention at the expiration of each period of ten years under the terms provided for in this Article,

Article 17

1. The Director-General of the Inter- national Labour Office shall notify all Members of the International Labour

Les ratifications formelles de la présente convention seront communiquées au Dircc- teur général du Burcau international du Travail et par lui enregistrées.

Article 15

1. La présente convention ne liera que les Membres de l'Organisation internatio- nale du Travail dont la ratification aura été enregistrée par le Directeur général.

2. Elle entrera en vigueur douze mois après que les ratifications de deux Mem- bres auront été enregistrées par le Direc- teur général.

3. Par la suite, cette convention entrera en vigueur pour chaque Membre douze mois après la date où sa ratification aura été enregistrée.

Article 16

1. Tout Membre ayant ratifié la pré- sente convention peut la dénoncer à l'expi- ration d'une période de dix années après la date de la mise en vigueur initiale de la convention, par un acte communiqué au Directeur général du Bureau International du Travail et par lui enregistré. La dénon- ciation ne prendra effet qu'une année après avoir été enregistrée.

2. Tout Membre ayant ratifié la pré- sente convention qui, dans le délai d'une année après l'expiration de la période de dix années mentionnée au paragraphe pré- cédent, ne fera pas usage de la faculté de dénonciation prévue par le présent article sera lié pour une nouvelle période de dix années et, par la suite, pourra dénoncer la présente convention à l'expiration de cha- que période de dix années dans les condi- tions prévues au présent article.

Article 17

1. Le Directeur général du Bureau inter- national du Travail notifiera à tous les Membres de l'Organisation internationale
