中华人民共和国主席根据中华人民共和国第七届全国 人民代表大会常务委员会第二十三次会议决定,批准由中 华人民共和国代表李道豫于一九九○年八月二十九日签 署的《儿童权利公约》,同时声明:中华人民共和国将在符合 其宪法第二十五条关于计划生育的规定的前提下,并根据 《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第二条的规定,履行《公 约》第六条所规定的义务。

According to the Resolution of the 23rd Session of the 7th National People's Congress, the Chairman of the People's Repu- blic of China approves the "Convention of the Rights of Children" signed by LiDaoyu, the representative of PRC on August 29, 1990, and declares: on the premise of conforming to the regulations of family planning, the 25th Article of the Constitution of P R C, and in the light of the 2nd Article of the "Law of the Protection of Minors of P R C", China will fulfill the obligations, stipulated hy the 6th Article of the "Convention".
