DECISION

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED

that

(a)

the

area of seabed and Chek Lap Kok and

Lam Chau Islands, on which the Airport

Island will be formed, should be

granted in its entirety to the Airport

Authority by private treaty grant on

the terms set out in paragraph 8 of the

memorandum;

(b)

the

land and seabed, on which the
