ANNEXURE I

The Group agreed that all suggestions for inclusion or deletion of particular pests be justified with reasons. The Group recommended that any decision to delete or include a pest shall require concurrence of at least five of the APPPC member countries.

The Group agreed to acknowledge the assistance of PLANTI and SPC in the task of revising the List Al and A2 of the Plant Protection Agreement for Asia and the Pacific Region.
