HONG KONG: FAO DEPOSITION OF INSTRUMENT OF ACCEPTANCE

1. I attach a draft deposition for the Asian Pacific Plant Protection Agreement. The aim of the amendment is to enable mandatory conributions to be raised. My only concern with the draft is that it makes no mention of Hong Kong!

2. UND will need to clear with Rome so I should be grateful for an early consideration of the draft.
