Article 2

The President of the Couneli shall give the notification provided for in Article 19 of the Agreement.2

Article â

The Commission, assisted by representatives of the Member States, shall represent the Community in the Joint Committee set up by Article 16 of the Agreement.

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the official Journal of the European Communities.

Article 5

This Decision is addressed to the Member States and shall be binging in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
