coordinate activities, projects and specific operations in relation to the aims of this Agreement and propose means of implementing them;

study the development of trade and cooperation between the Parties;

The Contracting Parties shall establish by agreement the agendas and dates and locations of Joint Committee meetings.

Article 31

Territorial application

This Agreement shall apply, on the one hand, to the territories in which the Treaty establishing the Community is applied and under the conditions laid down in that Treaty and, on the other, to the territory of Brazil.
