The Contracting Parties undertake to ensure, so far as their laws, égulations and policles allow, that sultable and effective protection is provided for intellectual property rights, including patents, trade or service marks, copyright and similar rights, geographical designations (including marks of origin), Industrial designs and Integrated circuit this protection where desirable.
