5. The proposed Agreement would establish a Joint Cooperation
Committee to monitor the functioning of the Agreement.
Ministerial Responsibility

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs has overall responsibility for UK and EC relations
with Macao. The President of the Board of Trade has an
interest in some areas of the agreement.
