Ozone Layer Protection Bill (PELB)
One of the aims of the Bill is to implement the 1990
Amendment to
Montreal Protocol on Substances that
Deplete the Ozone Layer, which involves new IROS. In
accordance with the Agreed Guidelines on New IROS, we
have started consultation with the Chinese side on 29
October 1992.
