An important part of the 1992/93 Programme depends on Chinese cooperation.

At Annex A is a defensive brief Chinese
in case the ask why items are in the programme although they have not been consulted. The essence of the defence is good administration and forward planning.

At Annex B is a report on the 23 items (out of 84) which are of interest to China. of these 23 items
