Premium is shared between HKG and SARG Land Fund in

Scenario (A):

At least theoretically, the possibility would exist of meeting more of the demand for development land by

modifications and foot for foot exchanges, i.e. through (1) and (ii) above. So long as no new land is involved, reference to LC is not required, i.e.

exchanges under (iii), (iv) and (V) would not be

available.

Scenario (B):

Again theoretically, much greater scope would exist for meeting more of the demand for development land by both modifications and exchanges, i.e. through (i) to (v) above.
