BREACH OF JOINT DECLARATION

I understand from David Edwards (who is in our offices today) that he has recently done an analysis for Government House of the action that we could take in UN on a breach of the Joint Declaration by the Chinese Government. He also did a longer analysis on the same subject sometime in 1990.
