(1) Laws enacted by the

legislature of the HKSAR must be endorsed by the Standing Committee of the NPC before entry into force.

(2) The Central People's

Government may decree the application of any

national laws. in the HKSAR at any time it deems necessary.

(3) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC will establish an office in the HKSAR to deal with foreign affairs.

(4) Chinese citizens of the
