[ Note : In the course of presenting the contents to the students, the following points should be given due emphasis:

(1)

significance of Annex III of the Joint Declaration (Land Leases) to confidence and investment activities;

(2) the Land Commission has demonstrated considerable flexibility on the 50- hectare annual limit in accordance with the needs of Hong Kong. 1
