HKSAR issues shipping certificate, using the name "Hong Kong, China".

The HKSAR shall continue the previous system of civil aviation management in Hong Kong and keep its own aircraft register in accordance with provisions laid down by the Central People's Government concerning nationality marks and registration marks of aircraft.
