The revised 1989 ice patrol data contains adjustments due to an error in calculating the United Kingdom's gross registered the British Colonies’ vessel tonnage In particular, tonnage. (flag code 83) was placed in the list of non-contributing countries. The United Kingdom's vessel tonnage was placed in the list of contributing countries. The revision corrects this error and adds the gross registered tonnage of the British Colonies to the United Kingdom's gross registered tonnage. Revised tables are indicated with asterisks.
