Critical Report by International Commission of Jurists (ICJ)

- We have recently received a full copy of the ICJ report, which is over 120 pages long. We will of course be studying it carefully.

- We believe the Joint Declaration remains the best basis for maintaining the freedom, stability and prosperity of the people of Hong Kong. It is widely accepted in Hong Kong, and has underpinned the great strides made by Hong Kong in economic and political development since 1984.
