PRISON (AMENDMENT) RULES 1992

Made by the Governor in Council under section 25 of the Ordinance

Citation

These Rules may be cited as the Prison (Amendment) Rules 1992.

2.

Duty to attend executions

Rule 103 of the Prison Rules (Cap. 234 sub. leg.) is repealed.

3.

Duty to furnish report as to the mental condition of a prisoner under sentence of death

Rule 160 is repealed.

4.

Special rules for particular class of prisoners

Part II is amended

(a) by repealing rule 209;

(b)

by repealing the subheading "(4) PRISONERS UNDER

SENTENCE OF DEATH"; and

(c) by repealing rules 216 to 221.
