Dear Alistair
My constituent, Mr Eric Blundell of 8 Park Road West, Crosland Moor, Huddersfield, visited me at my surgery on Friday to discuss Hong Kong.
Mr Blundell is very concerned that we are handing back Hong Kong Island and also Kowloon City to China, along with new territories, when they are not included in the Treaty. I would, therefore, be grateful if you could confirm the Government's position relating to this.
