The Exercise Preparation Team will be established through staff redeployment. Other staff involved in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the exercise are serving members of the Hong Kong civil service. Hence, no additional staff is required for carrying out the project.

In the context of this project, probably the most important accomplishment has been (i) the development of the Background Radiation Monitoring Programme and (ii) the availability of a DBCP for Hong Kong.
