IMMUNITIES and Privileges of Senior OffFICERS

OF THE Commonwealth Secretariat

1. Every senior officer of the Commonwealth Secretariat and any member of his family forming part of his household, other than a member who is a Satsa cruzen, a British Dependent Terntories citizen. or a British Overseas extizen. possessing no other c:uzenship or nationality, shall, if permanently resident outside Hong Kong, have the like privileges and immunities as are accorded by law in the United Kingdom to a diplomatic agent and the members of his family forming part of his household, except that any such person shall not be exempt from liability for salaries tax in respect of any salary or emoluments payable to him by the Secretariat.

Every senior officer of the Commonwealth Secretariat and any member of his family forming part of his household, other than a member who is a anash cruzen, a British Dependent Tertones ciuzen, or a British Overseas citizen. possessing no other citizenship or nationality, shall be exempt from all dirties and charges payable under the Road Traffic Ordinance and the Motor Vemmeles (Firs: Registrauon Tax) Ordinance.
