Some of the budgetary figures in para 4 of my minute of 20 February were compressed, and thus wrong. The surplus for 1991/2 was estimated at HK$1.3 billions. The outturn is likely to be about HK$7 billions. The 1992/3 figure will be about HK$8 billions some HK$15 billions better than expected last year.

2.

The conclusions are unaffected.
