1. The Auswärtiges Amt have sent a third Note Verbale concerning the outstanding DVC by Osprey Company of Hong Kong: export licence certificate no. 652 541. (See Mr Barnett's letters to Mr Ward Bevan of 24 April 1991 and to you of 19 November 1991.) I should be grateful to know of any progress you have been able to make in obtaining a DVC or statement of delivery. I enclose a copy of the procedural details for ease of reference.
