SUSPECTED DIVERSION OF MILITARY EQUIPMENT TO IRAN VIA HONG KONG

Summary

1. Ministers will wish to be aware of an investigation by the Hong Kong Government which has revealed the possibility that US missile parts may have been illegally diverted from China to Iran via Hong Kong possibly for several years.
