You may wish to be aware of a proposal (extremely tentative at present) that Mr Goodlad should visit Malaysia and Singapore any views in the first week of April 1993 (the Parliamentary recess is expected from 2-14 April). However, the Minister would very much offer regret it if this meant missing the Governor during his planned visit to London.
