Governor's Visit: Week of 16 November

Thank you for your faxed letter of 11 September.

I am sorry that I did not have time to talk to you during our flying visit to London last week, but I can confirm that the Governor is happy with the idea of an office meeting with the Secretary of State and Mr. Goodlad at 1600-1645 on 16 November.

Last week I had the opportunity for a brief meeting with John Yaxley and his staff on the

organisation of the Governor's visit, and I have recently written to Maureen Wong to clear up a few points. sure you are keeping in close touch with them.
