Governor's Visit: Week of 16 November
Thank you for your letter of 22 November.
September.
A meeting between the Governor and Sir John
Coles at 11-12 on 17 November looks fine from here, but I am unsighted as to what other arrangements the Hong Kong Government Office is making. I think that it would probably be easier, at this stage, if you liaised directly with them on such requests, and if our comments were only sought when there is a full programme to consider.
