AMENDMENTS TO THE AUDIT ORDINANCE

Thank you for your letter of 7 December to Nigel Whitney.

Our main concern over the Audit Ordinance was that it might be inconsistent with the amendments to the Royal Instructions. We are not, however, so concerned about inconsistencies between the Audit Ordinance and the Colonial Regulations.
