THE QUEEN'S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS there was this day read at the Board a letter to the Lord President of the Council from the Right Honourable Douglas Hurd, one of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, transmitting the Draft of Additional Instructions to be given to the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies:.
HER MAJESTY, having taken the same into consideration, was pleased; by and with the advice Her Privy Council, to approve thereof and to order, and it is hereby ordered that the Right Honourable»: Douglas Hurd, one of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, do prepare the said Additional Instructions (which are hereunto annexed) for Her Majesty's Royal Signatures
