It is hereby notified that, in accordance with instructions received from HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN through the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to re-appoint the following to be Members of the Executive Council from 7 October 1992 during the period of Her Majesty's pleasure:--
