The Hong Kong Bill of Rights: A Comparative Approach

You may recall that we have organized an international conference on the Bill of Rights in June last year. Since then all the conference papers have been revised and edited, and the papers will be published as a book by Butterworths Asia. We would like to include in the book as appendix the Hong Kong Bill of Rights Ordinance and the Hong Kong Letters Patent 1992 (No 2). As the copyright of these instruments are in the Crown, we are writing to seek your kind consent to pur reproducing these two

instruments in our book.

The full title of the book is: Johannes Chan and Yash Ghai (eds), The Hong Kong Bill of Rights: A Comparative Approach (Singapore: Butterworths Asia, 1992). We expect the book to be published in a few months' time.
