More Directly Elected Seats

Criticism

Answer

Contrary to the Basic Lay.

Unacceptable.

Believe more directly elected seats would be widely

welcomed. But as Governor has made clear, not the

only way to build up democracy. Thus he set out in his speech proposals in parallel on how to do this

within the terms of the JD and BL.

Criticism

Answer

(unlikely to be criticism)

Widespread community support for lowering the voting age. It is 18 in the UK and China. (Lu Ping was reported by Wen Wei Pad of 22 July to have supported lowering the voting age to 18.)
