Amid the welter of comments to the media on the

Governor's speech, I though that you might like to be aware of the attached from Selina Chow, in case this did not get

reported in Hong Kong. I had feared a rather sour

reaction, and was struck by how helpful and

constructive she was, in all the circumstances.
