To address the problems of pollution immediately rather than storing trouble for future generations.
(b) TO transfer the disposal of solid waste from urban sites
to remote areas.

(a) To build sanitary land-fill sites in remote areas, together with new refuse transfer stations and to close urban landfills.

To build a waste treatment plant for toxic chemical wastes.
